My responsibilities spanned logistics, equipment support, and on-set coordination to ensure smooth production.

Context & Problem

The New Heights Podcast is a fast-growing and widely recognized show with a massive audience. Filming on location — at Travis Kelce’s home, Arrowhead Stadium, and the Kansas City Municipal Auditorium — required quick setup, adaptability, and coordination to capture high-quality content under tight timelines and with celebrity talent.

• Assisted with camera, audio, and lighting setup across multiple filming locations in a single day.
