Summary
I worked with Strange Music to support the release of X-Raided’s album A Prophecy In Purgatory, producing social-first promotional content, filming behind-the-scenes documentary-style footage, and capturing cover art photographs that were integrated into the campaign.

 

Context & Problem

X-Raided’s album A Prophecy In Purgatory marked an important chapter in his career and required a promotional campaign that balanced authenticity with high production value. Strange Music needed dynamic social content, intimate behind-the-scenes storytelling, and strong visual assets to connect with fans and give the album a bold identity.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produced social-first promotional videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

  • Filmed behind-the-scenes of the music video production, documenting the creative and collaborative process.

  • Captured and edited cover art photography, with select images used for singles and promotional releases.

  • Coordinated closely with X-Raided and Strange Music’s marketing team to align creative with campaign goals.

 

Process

  • Shot docu-style BTS footage of the creative process while producing the music videos.

  • Took cover art photos during the music video shoots to maintain consistency of the project.

  • Edited video deliverables for quick turnaround to match campaign timelines.

  • Created content optimized for multiple social media formats.
