This new technology opened my eyes to a whole new world. I’ve been struggling with Flash and Papervision3D in terms of online 3D content and interactivity. Papervision is awesome, don’t get me wrong, but it lacks the render engine for some serious visuals. And although Flash will never be replaced and the browsers interactive portal, the Unity3D plugin is going to open up a whole new dimension of web content. I’ve already begun brainstorming how I can work this into my next client pitch. So download the plugin now! What are you waiting for! (oh, and once you get it working, i recommend right-clicking and choosing “view fullscreen”, if your machine can handle the awesomeness.)
